In response to customer requests and with ever-increasing demand from the offshore wind industry, SeaSafe’s own Pro-Zip 275N lifejacket, designed for use in demanding environments, will be at Seawork 2014. After passing rigorous testing to ISO12402 standard, the lifejacket is of the same design as well-known Pro-Zip 150N. Having a removable cover means it can be changed if it becomes dirty or damaged rather than buying a completely new lifejacket. Of course, it is also of great benefit if a new corporate image is suddenly needed. In 2013, significant investment was made at the SeaSafe premises in Cowes, including the installation of a state-of-the-art conveyor cutting machine with an up- to-date computerised nesting system. This enables SeaSafe to manufacture more quickly, comply with customers’ requirements more easily and make production using Computer Aided Design patterns more efficient. Further investment has also been made in staffing over last 18 months, including a new Business Development Manager, Wendy Willmott, to further enhance the profile of the company. customer service was great as was delivery however the website need a bit of work
Delivery took rather a long time. Apart from that I would have given a 5
Ordered on 16th May and not dispatched until 26th May with no correspondence to advise me it would be delayed.
