You unzip the front cover and simply zip on the new one, whilst keeping the bright orange lung, the whistle, light, gas bottle and firing mechansim all folded neatly inside the cover and back.

Try to keep the life jacket as still as possible and on a flat surface, this will make it easier.

It is not difficult; you just have to make sure you put it back the way you found it!
